2. Our Services
We provide "done-for-you" digital services, which may include:
Custom website design and development.
Setup of AI automations, CRM systems, and marketing workflows.
Ongoing software hosting and maintenance.
3. Payments and Billing
Setup Fees: Any upfront design or setup fees must be paid before project work begins, as agreed upon in your custom proposal.
Monthly Subscriptions: Access to our backend automation software (CRM, SMS, Email marketing) is billed on a rolling monthly basis.
Late Payments: If your monthly payment fails, we will pause your software access and automations until the balance is paid. We reserve the right to charge standard UK statutory interest on late B2B payments.
4. Client Responsibilities
To build your system fast, we need your help. You agree to:
Provide all necessary logos, text, and images on time.
Give us access to required accounts (like your domain registrar) so we can connect your new site.
Review and approve work within a reasonable timeframe. If a project stalls for more than 30 days due to a lack of communication from your end, we may pause the project or apply a restart fee.
5. Intellectual Property (Who Owns What)
Your Content: You own all the logos, text, and images you provide to us.
The Website: Once the final setup fee is paid in full, you own the front-end website design we created for you.
The Software & Automations: We retain all rights to the proprietary backend software, CRM workflows, and AI automation templates. You are paying for a license to use these tools while you are an active subscriber.
6. Liability
We build our systems to run smoothly, but technology can sometimes glitch. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Click Converter will not be held liable for any indirect loss of profits, lost data, or missed business opportunities resulting from the use of our websites, software, or automations.
7. Data Protection (UK GDPR)
We respect your privacy and the privacy of your leads. We process data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). For full details on how we handle data, please read our [Link to Privacy Policy].
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Website Design: Because custom design requires immediate labor, upfront setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Monthly Software: You can cancel your rolling monthly software subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
